By commissioning me you agree to the following:

I, as the artist...

  • Maintain the right to post my commission to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.

  • Maintain the right to turn down any commission for any reason.

  • May take up to 1 month to get the commission done. You will be notified in case this may happen.

  • Agree to give you updates as I work on your commission. Keep in mind that you can always check my Trello to see how your commission is going ♥

You, as the client...

  • May NOT use your commission for your own profit.

  • May use your commission for your own personal use. Again, NOT YOUR OWN PROFIT.

  • May edit, crop, resize the art I give you but you MUST still credit me for the piece.

  • May post the artwork on your own social media or website as long as you credit me or link back to me.

  • May request edits and corrections to the piece, even after its finished. After 5 edits/corrections, they must be paid for.

  • Must provide me with CLEAR references for the character you want me to draw.

  • Will draw:

  • OC's (anthro, feral, creatures, ponies...). Ask.

  • SOME pokémon OC's. Ask.

  • Slight gore, perhaps suggestive. Ask.

  • Gift art ♥

  • Won't draw:

  • Mecha or armor.

  • NSFW and/or fetish content.

  • Excessive gore.

  • Vehicles.

  • Backgrounds (I go by simple color or transparent pieces due to wrist issues!)

Pay and refund

  • I require full payment upfront.

  • Full refund before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, no refund once I've finished the piece.

  • I can wait one week for payment before removing your slot.
